Refund Policy

1. All sales are final

Daily Intentions sells digital downloads. Once payment succeeds, the files are available in your signed-in library. For that reason, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, unused files, or a format that does not suit the app you hoped to use, if that format was shown before you bought.

This policy is part of our Terms & Conditions.

2. Exception: corrupted or failed delivery

We will repair or refund a purchase if we fail to deliver the files, or if a file we delivered is corrupted or unusable through no fault of yours. That includes:

• A download that will not open or is truncated
• A file that does not match the product you paid for
• A successful payment where the order or download never appeared in your library

We will usually fix this by replacing the file or restoring access so you can download again. A refund is used when we cannot deliver a working copy.

3. How to request help

Email [email protected] from the address on your account. Include:

• The email on the order
• The product name, if you know it
• What went wrong (for example, the file will not open)

Please write as soon as you notice the problem so we can investigate while payment and download records are easy to check.

4. What we do not refund

• Change of mind after the files were made available
• Buying the same product more than once
• Compatibility issues when the listed formats (such as PDF or Evernote) were shown before purchase
• Problems caused by your device, software, or internet connection
• Sharing or loss of files after a successful download

5. How refunds are paid

If we approve a refund, it is returned through the original payment method via Paystack. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or mobile-money provider.
