1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Daily Intentions website and your purchase of digital products from us. By creating an account, signing in, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the site or buy from us.

2. The service

Daily Intentions sells digital journaling templates and related downloads (for example PDF and Evernote files). There is no physical shipping. After a successful payment, you get a lasting right to download the files for that purchase from your signed-in library.

We operate regional Markets (for example Kenya, the United Kingdom, and Australia). Prices, currency, and available payment methods follow the Market you are shopping in.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order. By using the site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Accounts

You need an account to check out. Guest checkout is not available. You may sign in with an email one-time code, an email and password, or Google.

You are responsible for:

• Providing an accurate name and email address
• Keeping your password and sign-in codes confidential
• Activity that happens on your account

Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you think someone else has used your account.

If you sign in with Google, you must also follow Google’s terms for that account. We are not responsible for Google’s service.

5. Orders and payment

An order is created only when payment succeeds (or is accepted as an overpayment under our payment rules). Prices are shown in the Market’s currency before you pay.

Payment is processed by Paystack. Depending on the Market, the amount Paystack charges may be converted into a currency Paystack can collect. The amount and rate used for that charge are recorded on the payment.

You authorize us and Paystack to charge the payment method you choose for the amount due. If a payment fails or is underpaid, we may ask you to complete payment before the order is created and files are released.

6. License to digital products

When you buy a product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the files for your own personal use. You do not buy ownership of the templates, artwork, or other intellectual property.

You may not:

• Resell, share, or redistribute the files
• Upload them to a shared drive or marketplace for others
• Claim the templates as your own work for sale
• Use them to create a competing commercial product

Buying again does not create a second license for the same item — you already have access. New files we later add to that product remain available to you under the same license.

7. Delivery

Files are delivered digitally. After payment succeeds, we email you a confirmation with a link to your order, and the downloads appear in your signed-in library. Download links are short-lived for security; you can generate a new one while signed in.

It is your responsibility to keep access to the email on the account and to sign in when you want to download. We are not responsible for delays caused by your email provider, a full mailbox, or a spam filter.

8. Refunds

Because the products are digital and available immediately after purchase, all sales are final, except where a file is corrupted or we fail to deliver it. The details are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access another customer’s account, orders, or files
• Interfere with the site, payments, or download links
• Misuse sign-in, including automated abuse of email codes

We may suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe is breaking these Terms or putting other customers at risk.

10. Intellectual property

The site, brand, templates, and related content belong to Daily Intentions or our licensors. Except for the limited license in section 6, nothing here grants you any right to our trademarks or materials.

11. Availability and warranties

We aim to keep the site and downloads available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The products and site are provided “as is.” We describe formats (such as PDF or Evernote) before you buy; it is your responsibility to confirm those formats work with the apps you use.

To the extent allowed by Kenyan law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by Kenyan law, Daily Intentions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or a product.

Our total liability for a claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Courts in Kenya have jurisdiction over disputes, without limiting any non-waivable consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the site.
